I believe that the most effective treatment for low back pain is still finding out what is causing the pain in that individual and removing it.
In most cases, retraining certain movement patterns, strengthening specific muscles, improving endurance and teaching more efficient movement and postures will do wonders at reducing or even relieving low back pain.
